Condominium documentation is issued by the management office. Contact the community management team by email with the unit address, your role in the transaction, the documents needed, and the closing date. Requests are answered in the order received.
Paramount At Buckhead is FHA approved. Current approval status and expiry are provided with the questionnaire.

- Condominium questionnaire (conventional, FHA/VA, jumbo, portfolio)
- FHA approval status and expiry
- HOA master insurance declaration page
- Current reserve study and reserve fund balance
- Owner-occupancy ratio and rental cap status
- Budget, bylaws, declarations, and recent meeting minutes
- Resale certificate / closing letter
